A magical countryside stay

"An absolute gem in West Iceland. The Aurora Cabin was magical — we watched the northern lights from bed. Breakfast was generous and the hosts could not have been kinder."

A romantic countryside escape

"We loved our room which had real linen sheets and a comfortable bathroom. The lobby was simple but very comfortable with real leather couches. Every area of the hotel was very clean and really quiet. The staff were really nice too. If not for our short allotted time, we would love to stay for a week."

Best lamb ever

"We stopped by the restaurant at Hotel Stafholt. The staff was very friendly and everything looked cosy. Mom said the lamb was the absolute best she has ever tasted in a restaurant. My fish dish was also very tasty. The view is spectacular and we left very happy."
